Piloting Rushern Baker's 2022 election campaign branding facelift.
When prominent Maryland politician Rushern Baker III took on the challenge of the 2022 gubernatorial election, his campaign needed a visual style that matched his message: clean, straightforward and energetic.

Baker and his running mate, Nancy Navarro, knew NXUS could reinvigorate the elements of their communication style without deterring from their trusted brand identity and commissioned the team for a complete redesign of their promotional package.
After analyzing the content, the first task the team tackled was the redesign of the logo. Keeping the branded crisp, youthful green color, NXUS elevated the look and tagline establishing a distinctive visual tone for the campaign. Next, based on the style solidified through the new logo, the team conceptualized other digital elements for the promotional package.
